Barcelona transfer news: French Superstar Paul Pogba wants one thing to snub Nou Camp move

Barcelona wants Manchester United midfielder Pogba to be their final deal of a fruitful summer transfer window.

The Catalan giants have already been busy, splashing the cash on the likes of Arthur Melo, Clement Lenglet, Malcom and Arturo Vidal.

Barcelona would love, though, to sign Pogba amid uncertainty over the 25-year-old’s United future.

The France international, who flourished as his country won the World Cup in Russia last summer, has a strained relationship with Jose Mourinho which dates back to last season, where he was repeatedly dropped in favor of Scott McTominay.

Mourinho’s stance towards the midfielder has, to say the least, been cold. He refused to praise him after he won the World Cup, instead choosing to aim a dig over a lack of focus when it comes to club football.

However, the United boss softened on Friday. Speaking after Pogba had put in a terrific display, the 55-year-old said: “Pogba was a monster.

“We thought maximum [he would play] 60 minutes, but he managed more than 80.
